Twisted Bread n Butter Pudding

  • 2 cinnamon rolls, cut into thirds
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Using cinnamon rolls means no need to add extra cinnamon or raisins!

Serves 4
Evenly place the pastries into the baking dish
Heat the milk in a pan until very hot but not boiling
Crack the eggs in a bowl with 1 tbsp of sugar and whisk until pale. Then gradually whisk in the warm milk
Pour the custard over the pastries, sprinkle with remaining sugar then leave to stand for 10 minutes whilst the oven heats to 180c. Bake for approx. 30 mins
