Garlic Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 french stick
  • 100g salted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley

Method
1.
Pre-heat the oven to160C/Gas Mark 4

With a bread knife, cut diagonal slices into the baguette being careful not to cut all the way through
3.
Spread a little of the butter mixture in-between the sliced sections of the baguette
3.
Wrap the baguette in foil and place in the oven for 10-15 mins. Open the top of the foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking to get a crispy top
Pro tip:

Only cook the amount you'll need and put the rest in the freezer or simply make double so you know you've got some pre-made in the freezer!
