So much better than shop bought!
Makes 20 slices
Pre-heat the oven to160C/Gas Mark 4
With a bread knife, cut diagonal slices into the baguette being careful not to cut all the way through
Spread a little of the butter mixture in-between the sliced sections of the baguette
Wrap the baguette in foil and place in the oven for 10-15 mins. Open the top of the foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking to get a crispy top
