Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup of Milk (approx. 150-250ml)

Method
1.
Peel and chop up the banana.
2.
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
3.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Pro tip:
Add a pinch of cinnamon or a drop of vanilla if you like spice.
If the banana’s aren’t that ripe you may need to add a drizzle of honey for sweetness.
